Nigerian rocker Zainab Sule to drop EP next month!

Nigerian soft rocker, Zainab Sule, is set to release her first EP in over four years. The EP is set to be a glimpse into the mind of the singer/songwriter, and serve as a launch pad for the full album coming out later in the year.

The EP is scheduled for release February 15, and will be available for download here on So be sure to check with us for it.

The 5 Track EP, titled “The Extended Play”, will be Zainab’s first effort since her last album, Elixir, was released in 2012. Since then Zainab has dropped several singles, some of which will be featured on this.

When asked about the EP, Zainab Sule had this to say:

“I think it’s time. I have grown, evolved, and mastered my craft much more than ever. I have learned – and I’m still learning – to create music that speaks to not just emotions, but your heart. And I think it’s time to just let it flow.”

Well, suffice to say we are very curious about this EP and interested in seeing if Zainab has actually evolved as an artist as she says. We will be paying special attention to the new songs to see if there’s something new and different or just more of the same…
