Rock shows are what I do here in Abuja, Nigeria (once a year) and when the tour took me to Kenya, my first thought was how do I get to meet all the rockers in the scene, let’s jam? And the event was born.”

So if you are a lover of anything alternative, set your calendar and make plans!

Special thanks to Alliance Française, Nairobi. Also supported by Heavy & the Beast and Audio Inferno.

HYPERSONIC is a journey. From “I Believe in Love” to “One Kind of Me”, each track reveals a different side, and each lyric written shows the complexity of her mind. Zainab Sule reveals in HYPERSONIC a maturity to her music, relying on beautifully woven lyrics and well played guitars as she breaks free and finds her way to your heart.

Zainab Sule is a Nigerian musician, known to her friends and fans as the Queen of Soft Rock.

Zainab Sule reminds you of a lot of things when you listen to her music. But she draws her influences from her romance with Rock Music and Contemporary Country, uniquely creating her own style.

Slowly and steadily she has won the hearts of fans and audiences in and outside Nigeria with her sound, and is fast becoming a household name for alternative music lovers.

Zainab points her early influences to Bryan Adams, Coldplay, Prince and more, while she has been compared to acts like Natalie Imbruglia, Dido, and Tracy Chapman. Notable places she has performed include the Kilimanjaro Conference in Tanzania, the Inequality Conference in South Africa and a lot more local shows in her home country, Nigeria.

Hypersonic is available at local stores and online on Amazon, Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, Deezer and more.
